- Unworn non-discounted garments can be exchanged within 10 days of purchase subject to intact original tags and upon producing an original receipt.
- If any item purchased at full price goes on sale, it will be exchanged at a marked-down price.
- Sale items cannot be exchanged with new arrivals.
- The claim on the previous season’s stock will not be entertained.
- NO refund and exchange on customized jackets.
- NO refunds but the exchange can be done on discounted and sale products.
- The company’s decisions on claim and exchange will be considered as final.
- Cancellation of products can be done within 24 hours after placing the orders on our new arrivals or regular product.
- The right of cancellation can be done when a customer buys any product listed incorrectly on our websites.
- Due to the differences in color monitors/screens and lighting used during photoshoots, the exact color or texture of the final item may slightly vary from what is seen on screen, therefore products cannot be exchanged for this reason.
- We will only exchange or refund any product(s) if the product(s) received has any kind of manufacturing defect.
- The product once purchased on discounted price or sales products will not be returned in any circumstances unless the item is damaged or the wrong item is delivered.
- The brand cannot guarantee product availability as well as their availability for immediate delivery.
- The dispatch time is 4 to 5 working days and the delivery cycle is 7 to 10 working days.
- Customer will bear the shipping cost except in the following cases:
- If the item was damaged when received by the customer
- If the wrong item was delivered
- If the size selected by the customer is delivered right but unfortunately it is not a good fit to then we will not bear its return cost.
- Shipping & Handling charges are non-refundable
Refund Policy
Refunds may be allowed in exceptional cases wherein the product is out of stock or appears to be faulty. Refunds will be issued to the same credit card that was used for the original purchase. You will be credited for the cost of the item(s) and applicable taxes. Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable. Please allow two weeks for the processing of returns.
Lost Shipping Policy
We keep the track record of our customer shipments after dispatch till smooth delivery with the help of our courier service companies. However, we cannot guarantee shipment delivery. If your order is not received within 7 days of dispatch, kindly email us at info@unitedjacket.com
Order Cancellation
United Jacket may cancel orders for any reason. Common reasons may include: pricing errors or credit card payment is declined by the issuing financial institution.
